Dear Friends, Family,

On 29 May, I will be running the 20 km of Brussels for MSF ('doctors without boarders') again, meanwhile for the .... oops I lost count (the fate as one grows older).  What I do remember, however, is that I could always count on your generous sponsoring.  This year, the collected amount will be used for the construction of a new maternity hospital in Bangui (Central African Republic).

Last year, with your help, I won the silver medal (the amount of sponsoring money, not in the race :-) ).  This year we are definitely going for gold !
My proposal: you pay and I will do my bit by grinding the kilometres (and by sponsoring as well).  Although I am just recovered from an injury, I feel confident that it will go (or better 'run') well this year, together with you.

Thank you very much in advance!

Best wishes,

Peter
