I intend to run 20km on the 28th of May. As clearly displayed in the profile photograph, my diet and training schedule differ slightly to those of most other competitors. So this is not going to be easy.

Which makes it easier for me to emotionally blackmail you into sponsoring me to complete this!

Everything seems pretty broken at the moment, but somethings are more broken that others. So instead of running for the local youth club or dog shelter, helping the people of Ukraine felt more appropriate at this point in time.

MSF (Doctors Without Borders) currently have approximately 124 international and 686 Ukrainian staff working in response to the war in Ukraine. They work as medical staff (surgeons, doctors, nurses), psychologists, logisticians and administrators.

You can find further information about the MSF response in Ukraine here -

So please, sponsor me for the Brussels 20km and together let’s support MSF!

Don't hesitate to share my page with your family and friends!

Thank you so much.

We are Doctors Without Borders. An international medical organization, with hundreds of projects in more than 60 countries. Our teams do everything they can to treat victims of wars, disasters and epidemics.

To accomplish our mission, we act without any discrimination as to origin, religion, philosophy or political orientation. 99 % of our financing comes from individuals. That brings us an independence enabling us to allocate our help where it seems the most useful. We are neutral and we have a single interest in mind: that of our patients. To know more about our organization.

MSF adheres to the AERF (Association for Ethical Fundraising) code of ethics.

This adherence means that our donors, collaborators and employees are informed at least once a year of how the donated funds we receive are used.
